In times of uncertainty

It’s day 3 of working from home and so far the cabin fever is still successfully at bay.

Me and Ollie have been aiming to do a quick lap of our local park every day and make sure that we sit down at the dining table for a proper lunch and a chat.

Family and friends are regularly in contact via Watsapp, Instagram and Facebook and in-between the selfishness and greed there is compassion and a community that want to help and support each other in these uncertain times.

We are hearing lovely stories of neighbourhoods reaching out to the most vulnerable and celebrities donating towards fighting this pandemic. Even businesses are getting involved in the action; from half-price lunches for NHS workers to free deliveries for those in most need.

We as a human race have demonstrated that we CAN be selfless, we CAN stand together and we WILL survive this.

So continue social distancing to protect the vulnerable; continue connecting with loved ones but above all, look out for each other.

Stay safe!
